At Myhalos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Myhalos account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
